Almost all the flip type properties are painted something similar to Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray in Eggshell (HD Behr will make this color too) and doors and trim in semigloss ultra pure white and ceilings in interior ceiling flat white.

Not going to college will likely force you into a job, regardless of how motivated you are to start a business.The reason is two-fold:- You can learn a lot about entrepreneurship in college;- You can acquire skills to generate start-up money in college.I know everyone will point to Bill Gates and a handful of other ultra-wealthy people when they say, "You don't need college!"

I have upgraded the mother board as far as it can go and have the registry ultra clean.I took out the junk string keys myself.The cost of putting a new mother board in just makes sense to buy new.I stayed with it so long because I just love my Windows XP.Windows ME,Vista etc. are the crap systems between XP and Windows 7 which are the better Os's for Microsoft.I do not do heavy gaming etc. so the computer sales person was saying for my business and I 5 should be fine but not to go with an I3 processor as it would lag some with multiple tasks ongoing.I will go out and look today.Staples has a hundred dollar coupon off of already clearance prices for Windows 7 loaded systems and Best Buy I have get 50 dollars gift card for any purchase over 500 so I am torn

So far good luck with Ultra Allure from HD..it clicks together so no glue, it is "waterproof" , solid color throughout the plank and really tough.

In the starter flip range you get a bunch of newbies overpaying for a property so margins are ultra low.This has caused many flippers to do brand new builds or go to the next level up in flips.

Even if you self manage you have a job being a PM so it's not a free cost savings.Now that the property is over improved with finishes you have to be ultra careful on who you rent to.
