Building a trusted network of contractors will save time and ensure consistency as you scale.

Bathrooms if you can zero threshold people love those and as they age out they need it anyway but that would be for main level.

Aligning expectations with investors is such a critical part of building trust and ensuring long-term success.

I've been looking at NC and GA recently, trying to find some entry level and easy to maintain property, but there are too many areas and it's really hard to narrow down.

It's great for managing at the property/unit level, but unfortunately, falls short on managing finances big picture once you add more property.

Do they want you to take title as xLLC, your name as manager, like a trustee of a trust?
