Mortgage recasting, also known as re-amortization, is a process that allows homeowners to lower their monthly mortgage payments by applying a lump sum toward their principal balance.

This helps the process move much quicker on my virtual deals.

I know that you do a great job smoothing out any "rough spots" in the lending process, so that certainly helps when the deal starts to go sideways...

When in process of transferring duties to next persons, the newer persons start in the LLC, eventually take over that role, the exiting person remains on at trust, later bringing in the replacing person to that role as well.
