I would love for someone who could actually set up and fund such an enterprise actually do it, as the pitch sounds quite sensible  Maybe Musk might spend a couple of billion bucks to do this for real and set up a functioning demonstrable template that truly would transform the housing/commercial building markets in America! 

If you have already purchased the property it would involve the preparation of a deed to transformer the ownership of the property into the LLC.
