There is an average traffic but no offers. 40 days on the market so far.I like the idea of selling but started considering seller-financing option that I have never done yet.

Right now I'm feeling overwhelmed, excited, nervous, and impatient.

IE there is no customer service department.. title plants are not on line and just a click away like they are on the west coast... etc etc.would help if you actually described what it is you want them to do for you that you consider investor friendly.Boy traffic in AM CAN sure has gotten horrendous..

And you might assume the busy street might be a turn-off but there actually seems to be a lot of demand for small residential on busy commercial streets because of the convenience factor.My last consideration is, regardless of what I end up doing with the property short-term, I think it will be a great buy long-term due to the high traffic count street.

I've seen a lot of traffic here in the Marketplace, as well as the Facebook group for our local REIA - definitely try those! 

Great weather, no state income tax/corporate tax, tons to do, limited traffic, great outdoors activity, close to L.A

I put my pics with alt tags and watermark on the MLS, to get more traffic and internet presence...wellllllll my silly little humans... 

My landlord approached me earlier today and said to me that she had gotten complaints of "drug activity" because of "heavy traffic."

So then the other options seems to be Turnkey but my big concern with this plan is that I will deploy all my capital and then need to slowly build up again using the cashflow before I will be able and ready to reinvest...As I am writing this out it sounds very impatient but I am eager to break from the coporate world in a reasonable 5  to 7 years and I'd like to bridge into real estate to do so.I am looking for feed back to know what other people have done considering Tunrkey Vs BRRRR?
