I would start there and see how it goes :) Good luck on your test! 

It sounds like the separation between success and failure is based on proper preparation and realistic expectations.

Also, be prepared for paperwork and some level of bureaucracy, but keep in mind that if you’re willing to work through it, the rewards can be substantial.

My smart friends seem to think that basement dwellings being tested for radon is next on the horizon.

There will be lots of learning as you go so be prepared to bumps in the road and learn from every experience/situation 

Prepare a list of 10 key questions, such as:How long have you been managing properties?

This does not pass the sniff test for me.
