I was terrified when my offer was finally accepted on my triplex haha.

I would be terrified to be a renter going in to retirement on a limited budget in our rental market, even if I had a nest egg.

That's terrifying to me.

I personally am terrified and am glad I do not have children.  

And i feel terrified about talking to the owners without knowing what to do. 

I was absolutely terrified at first but picking the right company made all the difference in the world.

This would be my first step and I am kind of terrified.

I could talk all day about what a joy and a Blessing kids with special needs are (and this is coming from a guy who never wanted kids, in part because he was terrified of having kids "like that") and how important adoption is...and that's kind of how I know what my 'Why' is. 

TL;DR I dreamt of investing for a long time, moved to the US to do so, hustled to gain knowledge, took action while feeling terrified, and just finished buying a house and placing the first renter.I'm writing to say thank you to the community. 

The formulas look terrifying but after a little studying it's pretty basic.
