I pulled everything I had via HELOC and all my dry powder into Tesla and now have enough to retire on the French Riviera.

I'm a remodeler by trade, so I've already planned to remodel the kitchen, turn the family room into another bedroom, move the laundry to the garage and use the extra space to turn the powder room into a 3/4 bath with a shower so I'll have 2.75 baths and 4 bedrooms total.

This is just my 2-cents, Cash is King in investing and having dry powder to use in projects is probably more important to me than a buck here and there down the road.

Maintain capital preservation and keep some dry powder given where I see the market (entering Phase 3, hyper-supply).
