I do land development in PHX and surrounding areas, so we tend to purchase properties that have some acreage that we can entitle and develop - that's my expertise for the last 2+ decades.

How do you all think this will impact prices in the triangle as well as all the new construction surrounding it?

At the moment my focus is to establish myself as an agent and help investors with the deals.I'm located in Belltown Seattle, serving surrounding areas and beyond where the deals are cheaper.As of current focus in investing, I'm looking for a property in Savannah, GA for AirBnB.What is your current need and how can I help you?

@Damion Brown There are plenty of options where your total cost would be between 150-200k in Philly and the surrounding suburbs.

I’m open to both, short or long-term, in Austin or the surrounding areas (mostly considering San Marcos).

I'm an agent based in Asheville, NC, and the surrounding area.

My business partner and I created Quality First Builders, LLC, to build new construction spec homes in the Triangle and surrounding areas.

He also broke some fireplace surround tile that I was keeping.  

I recently talked to a local insurance agent that has been assisting some of the out of town buyers with insurance policies and the majority of them have purchased these properties sight unseen without any knowledge of the neighborhood they're in, school district, condition of the home itself apart from the pictures with fresh paint and new countertop or even seeing the homes surrounding it that have been condemned by the city.
