Would love to connect, I have a decent relationship with someone in PSL for some off market massive apartment complexes, (and i mean MASSIVE) hotels, and a lot of other gigantic RE deals that i one day hope to be able to look at with actual consideration!

I always explain ARMs like so: If you plan a vacation out of state for 5 days, do you book your hotel for 5 days or do you book your hotel for 30 days? 

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

This actually happened once to me in a hotel room, but thankfully I was able to diagnose the intermittent problem and replicate the conditions for the worst of the odor, and thereby got my hotel room changed.One more thing...were any of the plumbers who visited (and apparently mentioned nothing about any of the possibilities that have already been brought up in this thread) involved in the renovation?

B/c they are larger than your typical hotel rooms and we have the experience to manage them, it makes sense to build these type homes instead of the larger McMansions we typically see in beachside communities.  

I am working on that now and have already booked a hotel and will be meeting onsite with a property manager on Tuesday.

I flew home Friday, we had spent $800 on diesel, a bunch on hotels and meals and absolutley nothing to show for.. 

Therefore, developer financing in itself alone isn’t a good reason to buy a property.On a separate but related note, judging by the questions I’m being asked, it seems like a few people are interested in buying units condo hotels.

Should I waive their rent so they could use that for a hotel?
