In order to successfully sue you they would have to prove you were negligent, so if you are not in fact negligent, again you should be fine. 

Huntsville is a challenging market given the price points but I've had clients find good success in the suburbs. 

It's wise to verify the credentials of anyone involved in a significant financial transaction, especially if they are requesting proprietary financials.

There are over 300k people in the greater Amarillo area so a cool event space like this could be very successful.

I have serious doubts that the company officers have maintained their fiduciary duty to RAD's investors in many of these related-party transactions.
