I would like to do some research on other rental properties before I set my priceComputer algorithms are good for studying a general market, maybe even a neighborhood, but they are terrible for evaluating a specific rental.

My current agent suggested if it made sense financially, to do some rehab work to get the properties rent-ready, but I do not have the liquid funds to do so and sell these as-is.

After the meeting there was no action plan other than doing a cost segregation study on the properties we had.
