The F and T are too stylized to be read easily as being also the first letters to the word unless you space them out (Which I don't recommend, I like how you've designed that portion), so I would have Flagship Team spelled out in full and then 'nestled' into the "FT" logo with the colors being a subtle clue as to what they stand for.

Also, as the members of the LLC, you and your partner must create an Operating Agreement that allows to spell out the terms on which you're entering into a partnership.

There is NO SUCH thing as a guarantee in fact when investors invest with companies there should be language spelling out risks and the potential loss of the whole investment as a possibility.

They have a lot more to gain by being a good partner.One piece of advice that I would strongly encourage: Make sure that the JV agreement spells out who is responsible for what decisions.

I declared them to be in breech of contract, for lack of ability to deliver after issuance of cert of occupancy, not notifying me of any judicial or potential judicial proceedings (read your contract), and the fact that they tried to close on my property knowing full well that they had a lien on the property (how do you spell fraud?).

You know it's getting bad when the grafitti on the bathroom walls is so badly misspelled that you can't figure out what dirty word they were trying to convey.On the other hand, correcting a person's grammar or spelling without being asked to is an act of hostility and not only causes hard feelings, it makes people stop posting.Contrary to what the grammar police and spelling police dearly believe, it does not make them look like superior beings because they understand the inner workings of spelling and grammar.

Half of my kids will be attorneys specializing in contingency cases.The other half of my kids will be attorneys specializing in drawing up deeds, writing sandwich lease options, evicting tenants, creating LLCs and land trusts, and so forth.And the last half of my kids will become politicians.Man, can you spell 'return on investment'?!
