Anyone sitting on the sidelines is probably missing opportunities.

Cape Coral has 425 Homes that closed in September alone and homes only sit on the market for 62 days on average.My advice was to use the land to build a home to increase the potential profit and speed up the sale time.  

Hi BP community,I am fairly new to syndications and would love someone seasoned and experienced in syndication world to sit down with me and go over the numbers.

You will need to help them cross back into normal society, its not a situation where you sit back and collect the rent.  

It's none of my concern to educate or baby sit another adult in my state.

Ormond Beach for instance - properties that would have been snatched up by STR investors are sitting on the market with price drop after price drop due to zoning crack downs..

Every month it sits vacant, you will lose the mortgage payment plus the cost of utilities, landscaping, and other expenses.

Having it sit vacant this long is killing you. 

Flips are sitting on the market longer, inventory is up and demand is down year over year.
