Not sure if it's because you started with my name but this response makes me feel more safe to share more details.Its an interesting multifamily that was repositioned to be rented out by bedroom with the majority of the rents being paid by nonprofits. 

This has created a "shared driveway" with the neighbor making an ugly curb appeal, not to mention cutting their lot in half.
