Trouble is that we discovered that to do what we want in the basement, we have to rework the stairs to the top floor - where two of the bedrooms are - which is why I'm really at a loss for whether we should wait till the lease ends...still 14 months away, or try to bargain with them about a solution.

Hi everyone,I have a good understanding of how residential RE works and how to go about purchasing but I would really like to know more about commercial.I know with residential when you are working with an agent, you have to be pre-approved and basically have the proof of funds in place before you can even make an offer.
