Anyone could suggest any tips, resources, or builders/contractors they had worked with?

I’m starting to lean more towards private lending as a way to get my toes wet and get my money working for me in a relatively stable way.I’m looking for educational resources or literature.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

If you have a budget and allocate the costs, not sure why you would need a different bank account for each?
