@Michael Plante I think there's a couple possible reasons for the scenario you described (which I agree does happen frequently)

As for busy streets, consider a fence or planting’s to create a break.

I was recently reading different articles about interest rates and their fluctuations and I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the resilience of the owner financing space when the interest rates go up.

@Michael Plante , I agreed that it seem like a lot more than I had initially prepare for.

It might be a bit cheaper, but the real savings is if you don’t have to replace plantings, sidewalk, driveway, etc.

Michael Plante John Underwood I got the emergency maintenance request Tuesday morning & immediately approved.

Depending on the code in your town, if you ever do any work ( by me at least ) that requires changing floor plants with permits, you need to do sprinklers and so on, so it gets crazy!
