This is prime real estate, and is just about the last piece of land in this area.I have begun to develop a commercial property that I own with contractor garages, which is the extent of my experience in this space.I'm trying to get a sense of how to structure something like this, with using LP's, and also partnering with a builder, and carving something out in that regard.Does anyone have recommendations on who is currently working in this space and could provide some insight?

Here’s my recommendation to get it under control: For a quick fix, start by sealing up any gaps using acoustic caulk around outlets, baseboards, or other small openings.

There is a free version that allows you to do the planning, analysis and estimating that I would recommend you try before deciding to purchase the full version to see if this meets your needs. 

I recommend people only sell if (a) you can invest the capital in something that performs better, or (b) it aligns with your goals.

As @Nathan Gesner recommended, it's a bit early to worry about this!

My recommendation would be to engage an investment property focused realtor (not a general residential realtor) and let that person guide you through the process from pre-qualification to market/property valuation and selection.
