OMG his special reports on the NAR Trial last October were just him reading some random news article, painful lol!

Some people think the sky is falling and others are throwing all their chips in to ride the bull forward.when the sentiment is split, it's a good time to buy.when the sentiment is everyone would like to buy, is time to get out. please note that our psychology is impacted so much by that bombardment of news that we're going to the recession,layoff,ww 3, russia invasion,etc,etc..... 

I honestly should have more money saved up considering my years of working full-time, however younger financial mistakes have been a painful lesson and I regret not purchasing a property sooner/younger.My most important and immediate goal right now is to purchase a property.I am in (what I perceive to be) a relatively high cost real estate area. 

I feel your pain with buying at the top of the market.

This immediate implementation would have been very bad for investors, bad for resident homeowners, bad for renters: would have been all-around painful. 

Yea there's some growing pains - but experience is the best teacher.

If they choose something low, they are going to be a pain and it's time to get them out.

I personally found I’m good at it if it’s a simple job, normal easy walls, but hire out if its 2-story height, painting cabinetry, wood windows etc as they are a all a big pain.
