Where I find these legal services add value is in the creation of documents such as the operating agreement, minutes of member meetings, etc. 

You can either become a hard money lender yourself, which requires starting a company, website creation, legal assistance, program creation all to find yourself marketing a product that you have possibly little experience in, and potentially losing money for awhile . . .

It has this storage of ridiculous stupid emotions that hold us back and in my case it's stronger than any rational capabilities I didnt get enough of during creation....
