Most likely self promotion or advertising. 

Most of these syndication, are typically promoting "the STR market" rather than their actual track record.The moment I clicked "View more details" of their holding , I can see their future booking.My respond was ............ nahhhh, my STR is performing way better for them.You could forecast their revenue by checking future booking.

Check out your local banks/credit unions to see what promotions they run.

NO MONEY DOWN.There should be a bounty on these supposed "gurus".At least 4 books have been published and are being heavily promoted in the last year with the theme of purchasing an existing highly profitable business with no equity investment.  

Seeing disaster is all too human, just like belief in the supernatural, or a gloomy disposition even when things are alright.

When a "successful investor" joins BP, or any other page for the SOLE purpose of promoting a guru, it's a red flag.
