I’ve since been out of recruiting but my good friend is in and is aware of where some of these 5 to 10 year contracts where they need a few thousand people are all around the country.I’m curious if anyone has had a strategy where they identify these contract hubs, and then invest in places for contractors ( who often get monthly or daily per diem for rent) and if you’ve found it to be a good strategy?

Do your due diligence however, there are several great meet up hubs in the area which would be extremely open to answer your questions.

FYI; what most people don't realize is during the 1970s and 80s Oklahoma city  had the opportunity to become the central hub for the USA. due to politics and governing authorities and airports they refused that opportunity, therefore DFW became that central hub!!

Short of completely sitting on the sidelines and waiting for 2008 to come again, I'd rather pay a 4.8% Cap in a growth market that is a tech/banking/healthcare hub than pay an 8% cap in most other places.

It doesn't hurt that MSP is a Delta hub (much like Logan), and is a relatively easy 2 hour and 45 minute flight, gate to gate.  

So in a sense im looking for a hub for investors or one that I can lock in with and do good business and can learn a lil from.

It's also motion detection, etc.To control my sensors and lights, I use Samsung Mesh WiFiI use it so that I can extend the Automation Hub throughout the building which is generally around 3k to 5k sqft.
