I work for a flooring company as a designer and meet contractors and people who flip homes regularly so it has me flirting with the idea of doing it myself.My question is, how did you get your spouse to be on board with real estate investing?

I've had tax companies lie to me about this and I ended up wasting money on unnecessary entities.

The only information I had to go on was with the last Lender informed me so maybe it was specific to the company they were with.

Gas company couldn't schedule to turn in gas till 5/6!!!

We have seen a lot more of our investors selling their rentals than ever before in our 5 years as a company due to increasing costs across the board. 

The company managing our property as a vacation rental was unable to get the power turned on in our condo for months because we had to get the meter switched into our name with the electric company (which is much more difficult to do in CR than in the United States).

While they did try to get the lender to work with them, they don't want to replace the management company because they are part of the GP.

I wasn't sure how much to expect from the title company in resolving this.

Our company has designed over 100 flips for Real Estate Investors in 12 states, and one of the biggest mistakes that we see our investors (try to) make is always going BOLD with the design!

This.Also, if you were the tier 1 worker bee at a relocation company who wants to get a family housed, happy and as quickly as possible, would you accept the word of a guy who sells a course to new-to-MTR investors that "here is Eli; please send him all of your business.
