I am very new to the space and brand new to the bigger pockets platform.

Airbnb & Furnished Finder work so differently and I think people often struggle to adjust their expectations when toggling between the two platforms.

Nothing was "wrong" with them per se, but they were not nearly as dedicated as I needed.

You're gonna need to put the work in, dedicate most of your days to your goals, select your priorities very wisely, and be disciplined enough to work on them.

He uses buildium as the software platform.
