Has anyone used a physician loan to buy a buy and hold investment property that they were not doing a live in flip or a house hack with?

I have a good credit score and for what its worth am a physician as well.

I'd say metro-market maybe vs west-coast...where relocation services are more prevalent due to scale, cost of living is high, where physicians move families, and where nurses travel in groups for fun locations. 

Unlike most doctors, I don't identify as a physician when I think of myself.
