Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?

Its always good to do your own move in evaluation with photos or video and upload to the tenant file.

I'd rather buy some properties. may I see some of the public photo if it's allowed ?

For items like decor and furniture the cleaners have to match photos of new stay against previous stay room by room with photos and the EZCare App. 

I see so many doing absolute trash listings, with these photos of a wall, a cabinet, a door way.

Appraisals were mailed to us (3 copies) in paper form with actual photos pasted onto the appraisal.

I might change the primary photo to the one looking up at the cabin at night.

Then there is another “commercial” one that had “potential” of $175k profit about that she is using in her calculations- well somehow we got to the point everything was done- DD, photos, drone, marketing listings etc. realtor contacts me - come to find out - this isn’t even the RIGHT parcel!
