A C-D can experience market decline. because there not the greatest areas, people are not exactly clamoring to live there, they live there out of budget necessities.

The ones that build out great companies build the skills, then they teach the skills to people to set calls for them, go to appointments for them and they continue to build out their company as a marketing/sales operation that is more fluid to create more revenue. 

Unfortunately MF might be out of the question.

You can use bat insulation or spray foam, which has the added benefit of giving you an air-tight seal and also keeps the bugs out. 

out of 100 HML maybe 5 do new builds.. and zero will do loans for someone with no experience so that is going to be the key if you have experience or not.. if not they then like to see an experienced GC on your team.
