I've been reaching out to owners in foreclosure, and looking for off market properties, reaching out to other agents and want to see if BP can be a good resource to find motivated sellers and pocket listings to find deals for my current clients, and well as connect with future potential clients! 

My question: Through your own lived experience or knowledge of others, what are the most useful graduate degrees when it comes to real estate investing? 

The property was purchased in 2021 for 1.1 million, was appraised in the summer of 2024 for 2.2 million, and reports from online appraisal websites say it could currently be around 3 million.

I've since also requested the same list from 5 other cities.I am looking forward to meeting some of you and hopefully working and learning from you as well.

My understanding at the time was that I may not qualify any other way.

Get out and meet some other investors at meetups and that will help you curate what some of those ideas would be like in real life, with the input of others who have done it.

The other factor that's relevant for me is that my husband is a high end W-2 wage earner and we could greatly benefit from the potential tax benefits of actively managing the property. 

I have the same goals as well and would be awesome to see if theres any way either of us can help each other with our investing goals!

There is also a ton of different financing strategies available other than your conventional mortgages.

I am looking into other ways to get into this since I have found MHs to fix up but now have no land to put them on.
