In my opinion real estate investing is the only way to invest. 

Since then, I've documented the process as a Boutique Hotel investor and have a deep commitment to sharing my knowledge around Boutique Hotel Investing with others who are looking for a path to financial freedom, and Boutique Hotels is the best path to get there in my personal opinion.

I only ask because that is, in my opinion, the most challenging part.

Again, CA is not at "risk" in that arena in my opinion but certainly it is under assault and seems to be doing next to nothing about it.

This may be controversial, but "true passive income" in my opinion is one thing and one thing only.

Not too bad in my opinion considering I pulled that money from my line of credit and didn’t have to tap into any of my current savings.
