Thank you  My recommendation is to sign up at paperstac, debexpert and some of the online sites that sell loans as well as join some fb groups on note investing as people push loans through there as well.

I started my domain over 10 years ago when people first started going online trying to buy fixer upper houses.

If you choose an online program, ask how much access you have to the coach.

I've seen some conflicting information online, so getting it right from someone who does it would be amazing!

Also, whenever possible I create wish lists for the next phase, and when I'm ready to start I put it in my online cart and go.Everyone has been burned by everyone.

Microsoft Excel, and most budget or free online bookkeeping isn't going to cut it in this situation.For the rental properties you own directly, I often tell clients and prospects that a P&L in Microsoft Excel is just fine and a balance sheet is not necessary for tax purposes. 

Plus, they handle online rent collection (a necessity if you don't have a property manager!)

I've joined facebook groups and looking around online for a mentor in the city or near the city I plan to invest in, I've connected with someone and plan to speak to them monday but nothing is promised but I'll look into them again.
