If someone offered to finance this house to you at your current rates if you put down $250k would you do it?

It’s all about finding that balance between offering a great space and keeping things safe. 

I'm just speaking from a new host standpoint with the interface offered from both platforms, options & booking results, AirBNB is much superior in my opinion.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

They sound very knowledgeable and I am interested in jumping into the customized course they offer. 

Then offer the creditor a percentage of this amount as settlement in full.  

I'm sure some can predict what's going to happen (much like the stock market), but no one really knows for sure.
