Maybe there's something in there that could quiet my fears on the current deal in looking at, or let me know to look elsewhere.

There is a underlining fear of missing out by not joining certain events, trainings, masterminds, or coaching.

Yah, as you can see i created the profile back in 2017 ,but the fear of losing money ( meaning unable to rent the property if i buy etc..) 

@Vi Prichwell, not sure what are your taxes and insurance, but I'm guessing that eats into your remaining rent pretty well...If you are fearful of the rental market and don't want to continue being landlords, go ahead and sell. 

The fear.

Most of the time, fear is lack of information though. 

I guess for few reasons;1) fear of out of state investing - yes I have read all the posts about how some oos investors made it, podcasts sharing their stories and etc.

I was unable to cook anything for my family for fear of cross contamination without hot water.

However, I am aware that Short Term Rentals are becoming a lot more popular and it scares me because I want to get in this market but fear I may not be able to get a property in time because I still have to save up. 

Because we know that these issues have little bearing on the property market and because we look at facts and statistics instead of basing our decisions on hearsay and fear mongering:- We know that many North Americans have invested there and the overall majority has never had any problems with it;- We know that, if we invest in the right places, we will make much higher capital gains that we can get in Canada or the US over time;- We know that tourism numbers keep increasing year after year, whereby we'll make a great return with short term rentals;- We know that more and more North Americans move to and retire in Mexico, to take advantage of the great weather, culture and the cheaper cost of life;- We know that our property is safe and isn't gonna be taken away from us.To conclude, I'm not going to try to convince you to invest in Mexico.
