you are probably feeling like BRRR doesn't work because you are trying to turn a 600k house into a rental.

I suspect you are a fraud and trying to defame me when we have had absolutely no ties or contact to each other.

Sometimes you have to try something out for yourself because it's hard to sort through all the responses and know what is fact and what is opinion.

This gets people burned too many times by getting comps from a wholesaler, believing the comps, and then trying to sell it at that outprice that the wholesaler/bad agent gave is a huge miscalculation.

I'm seeing a lot of people lately trying to force themselves into house hacks without an immediate cash flow/equity play and "banking" on appreciation or rates dropping. 

I suppose if I'm trying so hard to make it make sense, it probably doesn't.
