Hi everyone, I received a note in the mail from an unknown neighbor at one of my rental properties (SFH) that read : "your rental property has very heavy drug activity going on at all hours of the night and day and loud music. the police will be notified along with child protection agency in regards to their 3 children. please address the problem asap"I went by the place 3 times at night since I got the letter and didn't hear any music and I didn't see one person stop in. 

I did that once only after the parents cosigned, that ended up being a rock band.They turned the basement into a recording studio.The front door was trashed the place look tired after they left so I kept three deposit licked my wounds and moved on.The best part I went to you Tube listened their music that was cut in my basement.

Better for them to face the music now while there is time vs when the Sheriff is at their door and the stuff is being tossed to the curb.

Bathrooms decorated, walls decorated, music and aroma.

A website could announce local events (bar quizzo nights, music, museums, etc), feature real estate for sale and rent, and highlight interesting features or facts (eg. a prestigious school or a historical park).

Plus you couldn't beat those thick middle walls whe the teens had their music blasting!!
