So my almost condo purchase story - We almost bought a small 1/1 ski place right at the foot of Mount Bachelor in Bend, OR a long time ago.

Four stories with great views of the Ionian Sea in front and coastline, and Mount Etna in the back.  

I spoke with an investor yesterday from Texas who as properties in Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Palatine, and Vernon Hills.

Quick question, I have some friends interested in buying SFHs for student rentals in Big Rapids (Ferris State University) and Mount Pleasant (Central Michigan University). 

I'd also leave the small cut in the floor, but see if it needs to be glued down. 

My guess is that i have to depreciate the new floating floor but not sure if it gets the same treatment as carpets (i think depreciated over 5 years) since its not glued to floor?

Ground mount for me, and about 90 new, but older, panels and maybe I'll splurge for some micro-inverters this time.
