We're happy with our contractors for the roof, sewer, windows, and kitchens, but we're not quite sure how to handle the garage.We're thinking that if we did a motorized sliding door we could fit 2-3 cars, but we're not really sure if that's the best way to go about it.

its not a great ideadepending on what "refurbished means"- new compressor and no new controls, new fan motor and no new high limit ect...you are better off getting you a unit with your card that has a warranty, with the new controls and led boards these days this would be one thing you wont have to worry about for many years"refurbished has no warranty or guarantee" they call it the five factor, five feet or five minutes what ever comes first after the installationenjoy

Have you called a duct cleaning company.. that would be my first thought,, and second is to put in a switch where each and every time the bathroom is used, the vent fan goes on, this can be wired at the switch,, also I've sprayed Kilz in vents where smokers have lived and this has been helpful.. also consider a stronger motor in the bathroom vent fan and make sure the exterior vent opening doesn't have a bird's nest in it.. and is opening and shutting properly.

Now usually those kinds of things impact the electronics vs the motors, but its still possible.Before I accepted that I owed money to my tenant, I would make darn sure that hey werent just trying to get a new washer and dryer from me.

My mentors and my masterminds across this country hope that the new government will be able to get rid of the muck in the Dodd Frank Act, especially the really mucky stuff that has to do with seller finance, and finance of motor homes, mobile homes, and boats, etc.

I have bad luck with those going out almost yearly, flame eye sensors quitting, and the circulation motors every 2-3 years ($600) depending the brand.I do maintenance on 4 different boiler systems at a few of the wineries here in Napa (some for water heating and some for space heating).
