They misuse & break disposals often. 

Turnover is the enemy of margins in landlording; creating circumstances in which you might have to try and terminate a tenancy because of misuse of internet is just asking for turnover and other troubles.

Are you afraid of being sued because of use, misuse, or theft of the firearm?

Additionally, if the property is part of an association, you can tip them off about the misuse.

If given access, then you can't claim fraud and misuse easily.

Its perfectly legal to have a statement in the lease about misuse of firearm (firing without imminent threat, accidental discharge, etc) could lead to eviction.

This really is insane and the rule is almost asking for misuse.

Haven't had anyone break or misuse them *knock on wood* and the filtered water/ice is appreciated in the summer here, especially those with kids...I like to see what other rentals in the area have and go just a bit nicer so I can stand out.
