We’ve just passed the one year ownership mark, so I wanted to use this milestone occasion to update the BP community on our progress with the 18-unit package of condos that we purchased from a retiring landlord.First, a little background.

I'm not that good with RE Math and all the Alphabet symbols that you guys use to evaluate a particular property, but, you can look on Zillow at the Zestimate graph for properties in S.

If it takes notes or more likely in this case a pie graph to explain the policy it's a bad policy.Works best when it's simple.

Anyone out there use or have a simple one page presentation, chart or graph that explains how Subject to or Owner Financing works that would help a seller visualize how they work?

Add some pictures, graphs or anything else you can do to make it pop content-wise better than the competition on the Google's Search Engine Results Page (SERPs).Then take your new content and promote it via Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Stumbleupon, etc.If you really want to kick it up a notch just make a Youtube video with you talking about all the stuff in your blog.  

@Michael LeI remember seeing a graph based on historical data on Marcus Millichap's site showing that interest rates do generally trend with cap rate.

We had those 25% or so a few years ago but we kept thinking that we should wait for me to get over some career milestone and then decide what we want to do, maybe save more, etc; but it was a bad idea to wait. 

Long story short, I had to use a graphing calculator.This entire kitchen is about 2700 without appliances.
