I suppose what I’m trying to figure out is: if my property is 1.5 - 2 miles (30+ min walk) from the closest cluster of hospitals, how much will that impact the units desirability for most nurses?

I got into the industry in 2014 with a property management job on Lake Ponchatrain in Slidell, north of New Orleans.

I have a home in north east Arizona, Pinetop-Show Low area that I am looking to start doing Airbnb/VRBO/STR with.

@Tanarat BunchomOn my flips, I just got started in the Scranton area, and I don't have the experience, but I could see that the North Scranton area like Greenridge, and the surrounding areas like Taylor, Dunmore, Old Forge, Olyphant, ect are definitely desireble areas, for instance in Taylor I am finishing now a flip, and people are keeping to ask me if I wanna sell it before it's even on the market. 

We are interested in investing in coastal North & South Carolina.

I don't know North Carolina well, but I have a 10 property portfolio across Detroit and Memphis and I believe these markets are solid places to start and build a portfolio.

North Texas has a lot going on, as does Charlotte and Phoenix.

Hey @Himateja Madala, let's get a shout out to @Shawn McCormick who knows a ton about the area.I will say that it is a tough market and you really have to go the extra mile.

The (economic) centre gravity of the world will shift away from North America and this could be financially devastating for anyone who has all his/her assets and sources of income there.
