I have done flooring, tile patios, hot water heaters, masonry work, molding and concrete work on personal projects so I know some about cost of repairs and timelines of projects (Always over on both from my experience).

He also conveyed that if he gave up a little bit of control on the excavation and masonry, he would have gotten down to $150/sq. ft.

It's a small 800 sq ft house but looks solid and it's made of masonry. 

When I was in my 20's I entered the workforce in the construction industry....did electrical, plumbing, HVAC...dabbled with masonry and carpentry on the side. 

There are also gc mgmt classes, masonry, and construction document reading classes and certificates.

I'm about to sign a contract on a 203K property in Kingston, NY and was hoping someone can point me in the direction of a contractor in the area.  4-Family building in need of some masonry work, painting and carpentry.  

His specialty is decks, masonry, demolition (he literally and single-handedly does the demo work of 3 men).

Currently, I own a masonry business in Pennsylvania so I can write a lot about home improvement topics as well. 

Still, that's a significant amount of water to be getting in your chimney with the masonry cap that's there.

I find myself still wanting to do this, but I would need someone full time that could fix things like the toilets, the walls, the masonry.
