I've never had more than 10% in stock, hold about 50% in passive RE, keep 25% in cash and have fun with the rest investing in everything from penny stocks to the quasi legalized marijuana biz; If there is such a thing yet.

So how is the influence of Marijuana legalization impacting local real estate trends if at all?

Would a marijuana operation be interested in the entire 1.6 acres or just the land for a warehouse?

Has anyone experienced an issue with tenants or tenants' employee/vendors smoking marijuana in states that have made it legal? 

Well, it's marijuana, ecstacy, and shrooms, all inside the property.

Our current rules detail things such as inoperable vehicles, trailers, quiet hours, smoking policy to cover vaping and marijuana usage, exception to subletting in extreme circumstance, waterbeds.

Browsing the MLS, I've seen a few listings for commercial properties with verbage like this:"The property falls into the Medical Marijuana Overlay District for the City of Brockton!!" 

I have pictures of them selling drugs and smoking marijuana.

This is also why Marijuana is still a schedule 1 drug, federally, and why you won't pass an FBI background check for buying a gun if you claim you have a medical marijuana card, or why Canadians will be denied entry, through any State, if they mention they work in the cannabis industry, or say they want to visit California to smoke a bowl.
