The home is in a great location in Big Bear Lake, CA close to the Village and Ski Slopes.I have an array of emotions being scared of failung and excited all at the same time.

I have seen this same house that is vacant (all the classic signs) I have located the owner ( I have not reached out to her yet).

I would still focus on South and West but not all locations that have overall state population growth. 

Portsmouth, known for its historic charm, offers higher prices but strong demand for both multifamily properties and short-term rentals, with premium rental rates for well-located properties.
