Hey Jeff without knowing any details everything is what you are able negotiate. but you have to take in account the years interest rate and purchase price and what kind of cash flow.I will say get a mentor if you’re inexperienced these kind of deals can go left if you really have little knowledge when it comes to structure .

@Adriano Dias Ferreira it’s hard to know exactly what advice to give since I don’t know what you do and don’t know.

There is likely more as this is just a few of the people who know about the group through word-of-mouth.I'm making this post to hopefully get it seen when people search his name, so they avoid working with him and getting scammed too.  

However, I don't know if I should go to college or not for real estate.

Given that we are on BP and so many people know Brandon, I am very surprised that not many people are invested in ODC.

If you know you want to invest in Real Estate, don't listen to those who advise you to invest in stocks.

Of course, you need to choose your areas and decor wisely, so I recommend working with someone experienced who knows what the clients there are looking for.
