The judges are actually elected officials called Justices of the Peace.

The fact that we're currently the cool new thing is just icing on the cake.

That said, since we are under a federal Consent Decree, we are not permitted to simply change our policies without review and coordination from both the federal Monitoring Team and the Department of Justice.

Fortunately, the executive order allowed evictions in the "interests of justice", and the Courts also have equitable powers that allow them to permit evictions in "emergency" situations.

I'm sorry the lawyer didn't get the 30-day out in time, but I'm sure at this point the 60-day would potentially suffice if/when justice decides to wake up from this snooze.

You are unlikely to get them out through the legal system because justice no longer exists in America.

I would work the numbers where 30% annual occupancy is my full operational numbers and anything more is just icing on the cake as it were. 

If he did break the law I hope he gets justice.
