there is nothing wrong with buying contracted wholesale ..but only if you have a definite end buyer that will close with u immediately..if you do find a reassign i wud think its best to have one that you know is going to immediately present it to an end buyer for sure. i would never portray to be the original owner while only holding a contracta good way to juggle contract is to simply let the buyer know your contracted terms and the original owners contracted terms Ā people like honest ethical people at the end of the day...if ur contract isnt a clean quick end buyer off tops be prepared for sum extra stress šŸ˜£

Actually, what I've found here is the ones that do good work, don't request payment upfront are trying to juggle multiple projects and because they are not paid upfront, it's hard to argue they need to complete timely.
