I am investing in Wichita while stationed in Japan.

If construction is truly a subset of manufacturing and Toyota, arguably the world's preeminent manufacture can't make it work, in Japan, where the environment is much more conducive to prefab/modular, WFT.

I point you to Japan who has a debt to gdp ratio double or more than that of the US with little struggle to find buyers and even have lower rates than the US.I'll leave it at that for debate but if you have the time I would again strongly encourage you to watch the video I posted in a link earlier.

The next big real estate crash will likely be worse than the 2008 crash when Europe, Japan and China come tumbling down. 

I used to live in Japan and they use these units extensively there.

I have recently moved to Japan in between Tokyo and Yokohama.
