As long as I can get my target numbers without being pet friendly that is what I will continue to do. 

If cash out is greater than cash in, then you are continuing monthly to add to the cost of your property. 

So purchasing larger and larger properties allows investors like Benjamin to purchase more depreciable basis while continuing to defer and recapture.  

I am going to continue educating my self while I get enough for the DP and other expenses.
