My game plan is to buy & hold MFH to build my portfolio off appreciation due to cashflow home seems so hard for me in my market 

@Deal H.I want you to get in the game too, I just want you to do so from a place of financial strength. 

My spouse and I purchased a home in Nov 2023 (that we will move into in about 1.5 years), that has an additional 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom studio on the property.

A large part of me feels guilty for playing in this win-lose game that the establishlent has set up that makes people rich while at the same time sidelining others.

I think that'll help you gain more insights into the market and start building your team for the long-term game. 

Banks definitely serve their purpose for traditional loans, but when speed and adaptability are key, private lenders can be a game-changer.

With the election over and the New year approaching ,its a waiting game for that extra 1/2 or full point to come down.

The pumper are trying to lure the last FOMO to enter the remaining stage of the game.

I know we all get caught up in the frenzy and the excitement of large deals and great cash flow, but there are no get rich-quick schemes in this game.
