A good realtor who works as a team player rather than being more motivated to earn commission by closing many deals quickly and ignoring the type of deal does not help investors.  

So here is what it boils down to: If you want to live a life of the 2%, then get your head wrapped around ignoring the chatter of the 98%....... 

The net worth impact from a rental is calculated by taking the value of the underlying asset (a home worth, say, $500,000) and subtracting the liabilities held against the asset (ignoring retained earnings).

(especially in the bathroom because you don't want them to ignore there are pipes in those walls. 

Looking at historical correspondence in our CRM that is 5+ years old, I can see there were warning signs that I ignored.

However, I have been told that my cost basis is $200k (ignoring recapture) and the gain would be measured by the selling price $500k.

It's also what most ignore.

Lastly, ignore the noise. 

They were INVESTMENTS, not purchasing a paycheck which by the way does not truly exist only maintenance bomb's masquerading as paychecks preying on the ignorant and novice.
